A friend of mine introduced me to Honey Baked Ham yesterday. The sandwiches and sides were excellent. To be fair, the restaurant itself could definitely use more seating. There were only a couple of tables. We went at an off-time so we were able to grab a table, but I imagine during normal lunch hours thereâ€™s little chance of finding a place to sit and eat. I recommend planning on taking your food to go.

We ordered our ham and it was supposed to be delivered Thursday and it has not arrived. We have been calling the store and 800 number with no help. As many as 389 people are waiting to speak to someone. Our only hope is to drive back to the store and see if we can pickup our ham! Iâ€™ve tried sending emails to no avail. All I want is to know where is my $65 order!

Yes for about 3 months but the ham in the fridge is good for 5 to 6 days so count that when you take it out of the freezer to eat.

Honeybaked Hams does offer shipping to anywhere in the United States.

It's open… make sure its the right number. Or call another store and see if they are open and tell them " Could the Concord store be closed if their store is open? "

I worked at the Honey Baked Ham Co. 5 days from the date of purchase in the fridge, and 60 days in the freezer well wrapped so it doesn't get freezer burned.
